At POOJAM, every piece is created with care and intention. To maintain hygiene, quality, and authenticity standards, we follow a strict but transparent replacement policy.

1-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a replacement.

Important Points About Our Policy

  • Returns are not accepted for size issues, quality preferences, or personal liking.
    Product sizes and details are clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • Replacements are issued only after inspection by our team.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request.
    The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

Partial Prepaid – Cash On Delivery Orders

For Partial Prepaid COD orders, a nominal fee of ₹59 is charged.
This amount is non-refundable.

In case of RTO (Return to Origin), the partially prepaid amount can be used for future orders on POOJAM.

Eligible Cases Under 1-Day Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received (must be verified via unboxing video)
  • Defective or damaged item received (must be verified via unboxing video)

Cases Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Product damaged or washed by the customer
  • Product returned without original packaging, box, or inserts
  • Product not in original, unused condition

To be eligible for replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Additional Information

  • Based on photos and videos shared, our team will determine whether a replacement is applicable. The decision of POOJAM is final.
  • For prepaid orders, if delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the refund will be issued to the POOJAM in-store wallet after deducting shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for excess payment made to courier personnel during COD delivery.
  • Requests raised after the 1-day replacement window will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns will be provided only as store credit (discount code or gift card) usable on POOJAM for future purchases.

Refunds to bank accounts or UPI are issued only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Delivery delayed for multiple weeks
  • Repeated incorrect or damaged deliveries

Approved refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Enter your order number and registered phone/email on the Return & Exchange page
  2. Select replacement request
  3. Upload unboxing video, product photos, and comments
  4. If eligible, return pickup will be arranged
  5. After inspection and approval, replacement or store credit will be issued

If return pickup is not available at your pincode, the product must be couriered to us by the customer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 1 day of delivery with the required proof.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, including limited or special spiritual collections, may not be eligible for return or refund.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
